Camping Site near Coniston Water

A small grassy site next to the farm with a gate onto the open fell, it is mostly flat with a stream running along one side which children enjoy playing in. There are six electric hook ups and a hardstanding area. Caravans, motorhomes and tents are all welcome, we are only a short detour from the Cumbria Way if you are walking.

Dogs must be kept under control on the camping site and on a lead when out walking because of the sheep.

No open fires, but barbecues in a container are permitted. No noise after 10pm, please do not disturb other campers.

Please arrive after 12 noon unless arrangements have been made with Mrs Nicholson to arrive earlier. Please vacate your pitch by 12 noon unless arrangements are made with Mrs Nicholson to stay later. Arrivals after 10pm may be asked to pitch in an alternative field.
