Here are the weekly prices for the cottage in the year 2008
There are vacancies in November and December 2007 at £200 per week and for Christmas and New Year £325 per week

Short Breaks in November, December (excluding Christmas), January, February and March
3 Nights: £135, Extra night: £25
Short Breaks may be available at other times but may only be booked less than a month in advance, April, May and October (excluding half term) 3 nights: £160, extra night: £25 Easter, Christmas, and May and October half term 3 nights: £235 extra night: £30
Terms:
A deposit of one third of the hire charge is payable when booking and the balance of the hire charge is due one month before the holiday
Cancellation
- Hire charges will only be refunded if the hire period is relet.
- Refunds are subject to a £5 administration charge.
- Cancellation Insurance available

Terms
A deposit of the first nights stay is payable for bookings for Bank Holidays and the remainder is payable on arrival.
Booking is recommended for Bank Holidays and high season ie July and August
